EPS Feeding System
I completed the mechanical design of this project in SolidWorks and managed all production, assembly, and on‑site commissioning processes. The system is currently operating in active service at the BSH factory.
Sump Production
I completed the mechanical design of this project in SolidWorks and managed the end-to-end manufacturing processes. The system is currently in active use at a factory in the United States producing the lower filter component for dishwashers.
Jewellery CNC
I completed the mechanical design of this project in SolidWorks and prepared all manufacturing files for the supplier. The system is a CNC machining unit with an automatic tool changer, capable of processing gold bracelets, rings, and plates.
Packaging Machine
This project's mechanical design was completed in SolidWorks, and I managed the end-to-end manufacturing processes. The system feeds scattered metal washers, aligns them, measures their length, and automatically packages them. Two units were built and commissioned, and both are now in active production at the factory. As a result, manual labor was reduced while throughput and consistency increased.

Earring Manufacturing Machine
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed the manufacturing processes end to end. The system automatically cuts the two components of the threaded earring to the required length, tapping an internal thread in one piece and cutting an external thread on the other.
Waste Compactor
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all production processes end to end. Designed for municipal use, the system is installed on streets, compacts the waste deposited inside, reports its fill level to a central system, and operates entirely on solar power.

Dust Bag Manufacturing Machine
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system was originally a mask production machine, which was later converted into a dust bag manufacturing machine.
Washing Machine Top Plate Production Line
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system produces top panels for dishwashers and washing machines. It is currently in active operation at factories in Istanbul and Poland.
Automatic Tapping Machine
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system is designed to perform high-throughput tapping operations on a custom part and is currently in active use at a factory in Istanbul.
Firefighter Suit Testing Machine
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system tests the thermal insulation performance of fire protective clothing during a simulated walking scenario.
Top Panel Edge Taping Machine
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system automatically performs the edge taping operation for dishwasher top panels.
Pharma Cap Silica Gel Inserter
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system automatically fills desiccant silica gel into pharmaceutical caps and is currently in active use at the factory.
Sensile Test System
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system automatically tests the plunger seal’s friction force and leak-tightness inside the syringe to ensure reliable drug injection.
Vibration Load Measurement System
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system measures the forces transmitted to the dishwasher’s feet during operation to perform quality control.
Automated MSW Sorting Line
I completed the mechanical design of this project. The system uses a camera to monitor the deposited waste, classifies its type with an AI algorithm, and automatically directs it to the appropriate compartment.
Dental Needle Manufacturing Machine
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system automatically performs circumferential (360°) color marking on dental needles.
Dishwasher Drawer Rail Forming Press
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system automatically rivets the rollers to the dishwasher drawer rail on the production line. It features a custom die capable of setting eight rivets in a single stroke.
Car Spoiler Camera Inspection System
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system uses a camera-based vision setup to inspect the quality of the injection‑molded automotive spoiler part and is currently in active operation at the factory in Poland.
Mask Earloop Welding Machine
I completed the mechanical design of this project and prepared all manufacturing files for delivery. The system automatically attaches the earloops to the mask using ultrasonic welding.
Plug O-ring Assembly Machine
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system automatically assembles O‑rings onto plastic caps used in electronics and can handle six different product variants.
Dishwasher Lower Water Tank Testing Machine
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system leak‑tests the dishwasher’s lower water tank, transferring good units further down the line while automatically marking and segregating defective ones.
Plug and Sponge Assembly Machine
I completed the mechanical design of this project and managed all manufacturing processes. The system automatically assembles foam inserts onto plastic caps used in electronics.
